Make a purchase at any business in the Harbor Centre BID area (South Pier, River Front or Downtown) from April 1 until April 30, 2024.

Send in Proof of Purchase

Send or drop off your proof of purchase to the Harbor Centre BID office by May 15, 2024. Entries can also be uploaded using the provided QR code. Each proof of purchase sent in equals one entry into the drawing. No limit to the number of entries.

Win

For each proof of purchase returned, you’ll be entered into a drawing to win a $250.00 shopping spree and other prizes.

Spring Into the BID Giveaway Shopping Spree Rules

Customers make a purchase at any business in the Harbor Centre BID area between April 1, 2024 through April 30, 2024. Customers then send or drop off their proof of purchase to the Harbor Centre BID office by May 15, 2024 to be entered into the shopping spree prize drawing. Harbor Centre BID office is located at 621 S. 8th Street, Sheboygan, Wisconsin 53081. Entries can also be uploaded using the provided QR code. Each proof of purchase sent in equals one entry into the drawing. No limit to the number of entries. No purchase necessary to enter any Harbor Centre BID contest. Qualifying purchases must be made from any business in the Harbor Centre BID area (map) from April 1 through April 30, 2024. Drawing to be held Friday, May 17, 2024.

One grand prize of a $250.00 shopping spree will be awarded. (Grand prize will be awarded in gift cards from only BID businesses. Gift cards will be of winners’ choosing.) Additional random prizes may be awarded from BID business donations.

Entrants and winners will be chosen at the sole discretion of Harbor Centre Business Improvement District. Harbor Centre Business Improvement District contests are open to all eligible Wisconsin residents 18 or older who have not won anything from the Harbor Centre Business Improvement District in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible customer will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.

All decisions of Harbor Centre Business Improvement District are final and shall be binding in all respects. Entry into this contest constitutes permission to use the name or likeness of each prize winner for advertising, trade, and publicity purposes without prior approval and without prior approval and without additional compensation. Additionally, customers who opt in acknowledge and give Harbor Centre Business Improvement District permission to share their information with sponsors.
